Shipping policy
Than k you for shopping with Tiny Pebble Designs. The following is my shipping policy where you can find answers to your questions about shipping times and rates.
Domestic Shipping Policy
Order processing time
All orders are processed within 3 business days. Orders are not shipped on holidays. If I am experiencing a high volume of orders, or have received custom work on a deadline, my shipments may be delayed by a couple of days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If it seems your order is taking longer than expected, please email me to let me know. I am happy to talk through the issue and track your package.
Shipping rates and delivery options
I offer a flat rate based on weight for domestic shipping in the United States. I apologize, but I cannot offer local pickup. Please allow 2-5 business days for your order to arrive once I have shipped it out.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Tiny Pebble Designs is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Please contact me upon receipt of your order by email at tinypebbledesigns@gmail.com if your item has been damaged during shipping. I can then evaluate the issue. It may be your responsibility to file a claim with the post office.
International Shipping Policy
Shipping costs for orders outside the U.S. are calculated at checkout.
